Alright, so it has been a while since I've gotten here, and I know that it is midday but I figure that I will post regardless. Despite the Holiday weekend and eating junk food for dinner last night, I have been on a steady downward spiral, in a good way. I guess my ailments earlier this week allowed for some weight loss, though I will admit to not being entirely healthy about it. I do plan to go to zumba tonight, and twice next week. But here is today, and at least my bmi has finally changed.
Goal Weight: 179lbs by 12/25
Current Weight: 197.6lbs
Goal Pant Size: 8
Current Pant Size: 12
BMI: 31.9, still, which is still "Obese"
Today's Temptation wins: I had some M&Ms
Exercise: Zumba :)
