Day 2

Okay, this makes it two days in a row. ACHIEVEMENTS! Overall, I feel that I did pretty well today and discovered a new tasty lunch item: Lean Cuisine Stir Fry Shrimp, which has vegetables, lean protein in the form of tasty shrimp, whole wheat pasta and it is only 4 Points! It isn't out-of-this-world amazing, but it is good enough and has a good combo of things that I need. I did indulge in some skinny cow ice cream sandwiches, but I was still within my points for the day. I tried to record my points from yesterday, as accurately as I can remember and amazingly, I went over by only 1.5 points, which is astounding! And that is all I have used of my weekly point allowance. 

On the other hand, I don't have to work tomorrow until noon, which means that I should be able to get out into the world and exercise. I am also going to see if Nicole will bring me to the Fall River YMCA to experience my first Zumba class! 

But Tuesday and Wednesday are different days than today and a different battle. So here is today:

Goal Weight: 179lbs by 12/25
Current Weight: 199.8lbs
Goal Pant Size: 8
Current Pant Size: 12
BMI: 32.3, still, which is still "Obese"
Today's Temptation wins: None!
Exercise: None

p.s. Even though I didn't say anything about being under 200, I was still excited when I saw that number, don't get me wrong.
